Lydbrook Band Room & Community Hall

The band is pushing ahead with the new band room project on its existing site in Upper Lydbrook.  The old band room has had its day with a very leaky asbestos roof, poor heating and no disabled facilities.

In partnership with Apex Architecture, the planning application has now been passed by the Forest of Dean District Council and hopefully work can commence and be finished during 2025.  The project will cost in the region of £180,000 to £200,000.

On completion, the facility will be available to hire by local community groups and anyone interested should contact band secretary Robert Morgan - 07796 442463.
