Front Row Cornet

We rehearse Wednesday and Sunday evenings in our own band room in the village of Lydbrook, Gloucestershire with easy links from South Wales, Bristol and Birmingham.

The band keeps fairly busy throughout  the year with a mixture of concerts and contests.  In 2024 the band were runners up in the First Section finals of the National Championships of Great Britain, the most entertaining Band at the Wychavon Festival of Brass and winning band at the GBBA autumn contest.

A full programme of concerts is being arranged for the summer months and a tour to Lithuania in May is also in the planning stages.

We have a thriving training band, good attendance and are a friendly and welcoming band.
